The Impact of the PAD System on Family Autonomy

The PAD system (Family Support Plan) is not just a simple distribution of aid. It is a rigorous methodology that unfolds over time.

Why Autonomy?

Pure assistance often creates dependency. Our goal is to provide the "keys" to success:

  1. Education: Enrolling all children in school.
  2. Health: Access to basic healthcare and nutrition.
  3. Income: Vocational training and micro-projects.

A Concrete Example

In Antananarivo, we supported Sahondra's family. In 18 months, thanks to PAD monitoring, she was able to launch her own small sewing business while guaranteeing the schooling of her three children.

"PAD gave me back my confidence. Today, I no longer ask for help; I work for my children's future." — Sahondra

We continue our efforts to reach more families every month.
